International Right to Know Report

A report on companies' disclosure of global workplace policies and practices. The report presents seven case studies (including McDonald's, Nike, Unocal, and ExxonMobil) to argue that stricter rules are needed to force companies to divulge their practices on environmental as well as human rights issues.

The IRTK is a coalition of more than 200 environmental, labor, social justice and human rights organizations have joined together to support an International Right to Know legislative proposal. Modeled on domestic Right to Know laws, IRTK would require U.S. companies to report on the key environmental, labor and human practices of their overseas operations.
