Lambert Okrah is the founder of the Ghanaian Institute for Cultural Affairs (ICA). He challenges the view that development is something that can be exported from "developed" to "developing" countries. For him, there is no such thing as a developed country, for development is a continual process of reacting to the challenges you face in your community, not an end-state to be reached.
