Domanda in sé nemmeno retorica, azzarderei futile: il capitalismo è già stato battuto dalle Rivoluzioni.

Perché, allora, formulare una domanda futile e porla addirittura come titolo del saggio?

Perché il tema non attiene al prosieguo, e fino all’esito, delle varie Rivoluzioni, quanto alla odierna situazione; e se essa sia favorevole o meno a una nuova Rivoluzione.

A question that is not even rhetorical in itself – I would go so far as to call it futile: capitalism has already been defeated by the Revolutions.

Why, then, pose such a futile question, and even use it as the title of this essay?

Because the subject does not concern the course and ultimate outcome of the various Revolutions, but rather the current situation, and whether or not it is conducive to a new Revolution.
